We provide blankets and pillows. Sheets, pillow cases & towels are not provided & the electricity meters take £1 coins.
We kindly ask that you arrive no sooner than 2pm on the day of your arrival, and that you vacate your Holiday Home by 10 am on the day of your departure.
Off peak weekends are for 4 persons - extra persons will be charged £10-00 each per weekend
Terms and Conditions.
A non refundable deposit of £60 is required when booking; and the balance of which is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If full payment is not received 8 weeks before your arrival, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and any deposit paid will not be refunded. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Changes made by you to your booking date after confirmation and payment of deposit must be notified in writing by the person who made the booking. Changes will be effective from the date of receipt. We cannot guarantee availability of the holiday home or homes for any new dates in which case cancellation charges would be applicable.
Cancellation charges (as percentage of total holiday cost). All cancellations must be notified in writing by the person who made the booking and will be effective from the date of receipt:
~ More than 56 days before the start of your holiday - Loss of deposit
~ 29 - 56 days before the start of your holiday - 30%
~ 22 - 28 days before the start of your holiday - 50%
~ 14 - 21 before the start of your holiday - 95%
~ Less than 14 days before the start of your holiday - 100%
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday. In the unlikely event of this happening we will refund all monies paid by you to us, but we cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses incurred by you.
If in the opinion of any visitor(s) hiring holiday home(s) at Luckyard Farm, think there are grounds for complaint, it is the duty of the Hirer to take it up with the Owner immediately and in any event before departure to allow remedial action to be taken. It is specifically agreed that failure by the Hirer to notify the Owner of any complaint in accordance within this time-scale will entitle the Owner to refuse to entertain the complaint, irrespective of its merits.

Luckyard Farm Souvenirs & Trophies
We have a range of souvenirs that can be purchased, and some that money just can't buy !!! I am of course referring to the most prestigious and converted shooting award "The Luckyard Farm Top Gun trophy" and we give one away to the winner of the Luckyard Farm clay shoot !
Some of the memorabilia than you can purchase include Caps, Key Rings, Pens, Mugs, Note Pads and the ever popular and tastefully designed Tea Towels.
